How to pay for your Alfesta experience


We all hope that COVID-19 will be under control soon.  However, the very nature of COVID-19 means this may not be the case come Easter next year.

If you are unable to travel to attend Alfesta next year due to COVID-19 restrictions, payments made for the Alfesta Activity Package will be refunded in full.

The Alfesta Organising Committee understands this is also the policy of the McLaren Vale Motel and Apartments.

Step A:  Alfesta Registration:

To get started, simply register and make your Alfesta booking on-line through the home page of this website.

Alternatively, you can download and print a booking form, and send the completed form to us via the post, or scan & email to us.

Step B:  Alfesta Accommodation - booking & payment:

You will need to select, book and pay for your accommodation directly with the McLaren Vale Motel & Apartments in McLaren Vale.  We highly recommend that you select and book your accommodation before finalising and paying your Alfesta Activity Package.  We have reserved rooms at the McLaren Vale Motel & Apartments and once this has been fully booked, we may not be able to accept any more Alfesta bookings.

Contact the McLaren Vale Motel & Apartments via, or phone 08 8323 8265 or 1300 361 776.  When booking, make sure you tell them you are with the Alfa Romeo Owners Club.

Step C:  Alfesta Activity Package Payment:

You can pay for you Alfesta Activity Package by direct deposit, bank cheque or personal cheque.  You must pay 50% of your Alfesta Activity Package at the time of booking and the full amount must be paid by Sunday 31st January 2021. The preferred payment method is for you to make direct deposits into the SA Club's Alfesta bank account - AROCA (SA) INC ALFESTA - BSB: 105135 - A/C No: 061366940

When making a direct deposit, make sure that you provide your surname and Alfesta booking reference number (if you know it) in the description or payment reference field so that we can track your Alfesta payments.

A Note about Clothing sizes:

You will see there is a request for "clothing size" on the booking form.  Please note that a garment for the Gift Bag has not yet been finalised, and we may decide on something other than clothing anyway!  If a garment is included in the Gift Bag, we will contact you directly to ensure we have the correct sizing for the particular item.
